good cars for low prices

I know alot of people dont like to play season mode so if you want me to build you a specific car for a specific think(ex. classs a circuit, or 12sec drag) I can do that and i will charge very little.

REQUIREMENTS:
1you must be active on forums, im not gonna give away good cheap cars to people that never post up
2Dont take advantage of the system, im doing it to help you out, not to play the game for you

a good example is when i got morninwind wanted a good 11 sec car for tomorrows tourny and i get his 93 cobra to run an 11.1 when he only got it to a 12.9..

I also got his srt-4 to run in the VERY low 11's(i dont wanna post specific times since he is using this car in the tourny tomorrow)
